- Launch Kodi 17.3 Krypton
- Select Settings at the top left corner
- Select File manager
- Select Add source
- Now, tap on <None>
- And enter the paths or browse for the media locations exactly as http://cypher-media.com/repo/

- Then, enter a name for the media source as Cyphermedia
- Select OK
