The recently launched Redmi Note 5 Pro will be available for pre-order from the company’s official website – Mi.com – from April 13, 2018, i.e. today at 12 PM. Until now, the Redmi Note 5 Pro was available via flash sales on Mi.com and Flipkart, but today it will be available for pre-ordering via Mi.com. It will also be on available through flash sale via Flipkart at 12 PM. This is a great move by Xiaomi since is going to benefit from potential buyers who did not have any luck with the flash sales to buy the phone.

As we mentioned above, the Redmi Note 5 Pro will get listed for pre-ordering on the Mi.com, today at 12 PM. The customers will be able to buy the phone in advance on the website by making an online payment, and it will be delivered to them within five business days as stated by the company.
It’s worth noting that Xiaomi has completely removed the Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option from its website which means that you can only buy the phone by making online payments. Also, Xiaomi has stated that one buyer can only order one or two Redmi Note 5 Pro units and they also have the option to cancel the pre-order before it gets shipped.
Redmi Note 5 Pro: Price in India, Offers
The Redmi Note 5 Pro is available at a starting price of Rs. 13,999 in India for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. The phone retails at Rs. 16,999 for the upgraded 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. It is available in Black, Gold, Lake Blue, and Rose Gold colour options for both the variants.
Xiaomi is running some offers for the buyers who pre-order the Redmi Note 5 Pro from the Mi.com and are Jio customers too. Under the offer, these customers will get the Jio Football offer that provides a cashback worth Rs. 2,200, which is distributed in the form of 44 vouchers of Rs. 50 each in the MyJio app. These vouchers can be availed within the Jio app for recharges. Besides, such Jio users also get up to 4.5TB extra data when they recharge their number with Rs. 198 or Rs. 299 recharge packs. And then they also get free 3-month subscription to Hungama Music for uninterrupted music entertainment on their Redmi Note 5 Pro.

The Redmi Note 5 Pro comes with a 5.99-inch full-HD display bearing 18:9 aspect ratio, 1080×2160 pixels resolution, and 2.5D curved glass. The phone runs Android Nougat-based MIUI 9 and is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 636 chipset clubbed with Adreno 509 GPU and either 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB storage. The phone scored a whopping 109,692 AnTuTu score that earned it the title of fastest Redmi Note phone ever.
The smartphone also includes a fingerprint sensor that is placed on the rear panel and also houses Face Unlock technology just like the OnePlus 5T but at much lower pricing. Concerning optics, the Redmi Note 5 Pro sports 12MP+5MP dual rear camera setup with f/2.2 and f/2.0 apertures, respectively. On the front, it settles for a 20MP selfie snapper with LED selfie-light module.
